"Cooking in English" program
Application For "Cooking in English" program

The "Cooking in English" program is a fun class (4-6 people) that takes place every month in the teacher Stasia's beautiful home on Beacon Hill in Boston (just steps from the Charles River). In this 3-hour program you will learn healthy cooking and improve your English conversation skills and food vocabulary and culture. The class consists of cooking, eating together, and enjoyable conversation. The fee is $52 and include all supplies.

Come celebrate Easter, Polish style. We will talk about some of the American and Polish Easter traditions.

Cold Beet and Cucumber Soup

Kartoffeln Salad (Polish potato and vegetable salad)
Deviled Eggs with Smoked Salmon

All appetizers: Entertaining American Style
We will make 5 or 6 appetizers suitable for parties or small gatherings. We will also talk about different types of parties in America (formal dinner parties, potluck parties, cocktail parties, birthday parties, etc.)

Appetizers may include:
Crab cakes
Vegetable quesidillas
Deviled eggs
Lemon-garlic marinated shrimp
Feta and herb dip with vegetables
Spinach and brie topped artichoke hearts
